Landing Ivan's BUTT.......

It is always very fun and good when you expect something bad but it turns out to be good. Just like what happen today, actually all of us expect ourselves to be busy today as we will be having anatomy class tomorrow but today our lect asked us to only study and look up some stuff, she will not be testing us tomorrow, hahahaha…….so we can relax a bit.

Something funny and good that I always feel, although we all have been here for more than 5mths but all of us are still in the same topic; “Eh, u know ah??? The shua tao lan Hokkien mee very good”, “This time go back I surely must eat tai lok mee”, “next yr when we come back we got to bring this and that…..” all of us are still in this kind of topic thinking of going back and all the things that we have in mind to do. Honestly, to me the memory that I have in Penang and my home is still as fresh as a durian when it just drops down from a watermelon tree. I still miss all those days and just can’t wait to land my butt on the chair with cushion around the dining table in my house.

Just 2 days ago, I was dreaming that I have already went back to penang and was together with my family, actually the days for me to be back is actually very near already. It’s only around 4 more months, and so fast I have been here for more than 5mths already, so in another eye clip, then I will find myself in my house, Hiding Place, Stulos Point, TLBC, sitting in the same car with my family going to Hatyai or Ipoh together, eating ‘ahg choi kai’, overnight at friends house, BBQ with friends and even chit chatting together telling about all those days we use to have sounding like a white headed old man.

So to my Family and Friends, I hope u all still remember me, I’ll be back soon. To my mum and friends that have been sending me msgs I am very touch and thankful, msgs that might seem normal to me when I am in penang are no longer normal ones any more, they are like burning hot charcoal in this very cold winter. 3 Days 2 night of Holiday

Now I am downloading SHE songs from LAN, while downloading and listening to those songs, it just remind me about my schooling days (SHE is a famous artist group at that time, but I don’t know about it know, I am sooooo out dated since I came to Russia). And also the days where me, Evan, Kelvin and H. Chuan stayed overnight at U. Rubben and A. Mary’s house.

Well…..today is the last day of my 3days holiday. In these 3days, I really rested a lot, especially last night. In the first day of holiday I am still not that used to it, I woke up at 8.15am that day and went to do my marketing. Today I also woke up at 8.30am went to toilet, did my morning prayer, nothing to do then went back to sleep again, I ended up overslept and was late for church.

Yesterday was the CNY celebration, to me it was the best celebration out of the 3 new year celebration (Malay, Indian, Chinese) but honestly the food was ok nia. However, the ‘tang yuan’ was good because it was us the 1st year students who made those, hahahaha…….we woke up at 3am that day to do, so tired ah and wasn’t feeling well, took a panadol and went back to sleep again at 7.30am until 10am. Today, I lost my voice because I was the MC for the CNY celebration and the mic went out of order, so I was literally shouting from the rooftop of Gurney Plaza to be heard from the basement. But I enjoyed the celebration and took a lot of photos, all those decoration was superbly done. Thank God so much for this 3 days holiday (including Sun), because to get a day off over here is as hard as asking the pig to climb up the tree, so we all really appreciated it. Btw, the holiday is because it is Men’s Day. Next month on the 8th is Women’s Day.

'Canalis Inguinalis'

Well…..This term ‘canalis inguinalis’ was introduced by my Anatomy lect today. Dating back to somewhere around May in 2003 was when I did my Hernia operation, if any of you guys remember????? So today in Anatomy class, we learned about the main reason for hernia to occur and the weak points in a human body, and my hernia happened through this canal known as ‘canalis inguinalis’. By the way, at young age, it’s also through this whole where the humans’ testis goes through before it goes out from the body. I was actually quite excited when my lect explained about it.

Today I was actually to be very busy because of tomorrow’s anatomy class, but today she told us that tomorrow she will be busy and other lect will replace, hahahaha………so tonight relax don’t need to really study, if not today and tomorrow got anatomy, back to back so just guess how tired we are, and today also got physics. But now relax already, then I can really rest and Fri and Sat is holiday class cancelled because of Men’s day, hahaha……….I really need rest lah now out of 10 people there will be 6 either sick or something wrong and I am 1 of them, I just got a bit soar throat and mild running nose only so don’t worry.

3 in 1

Wishing everyone an early Happy and Blessed Chinese New Year. Today, I am seriously vvvvvvv happy, glad, full of joy, awesome and as high as if I have eaten pill ecstasy. Yesterday, I got my parcel slip, informing me that my parcel had arrived, so today I went to collect it. Collecting the parcel is already the highlight of my day, as it was already my 7th parcel that I am collecting. So…..…after that as I walked in to the hostel, the administrator can recognize me (as I have a Russian name) and I heard a lady quarrelling with our guard, later I got to fine out that I got another parcel, all the way from Hong Kong, thanks YK hahahaha……… my second parcel of the day, I was already too high and start to loss conscious already, hahahaha…..… Actually that lady wanted me to open the parcel and check that everything is ok and in good condition. Thank God , that I came back at the very right time, if not susah la, cause usually they will just leave it and than pass to me when I come back.

After opening and searching through the parcelsssssss, I was seriously very happy and thankful for everything that has been sent to me, especially the BOASTER, hahahaha. When I went to Moscow, I saw boasters being sold in Ikea but it was Rm100, too expensive that’s why I didn’t buy (people here don’t use boaster to sleep, they just don’t understand the fun of it, too bad). Just now I got another parcel slip again, but I guess it’s just a repeating slip.

As I am writing this blog, suddenly I got a phone call from Lip Wee (the man in charge for all Chinese activities), he asked me whether can I be the MC for the Chinese New Year celebration, and I was huh????? Who recommended me???? Well……I am actually very glad and happy for the opportunity given but honestly I don’t know how did he know my name, because last Sunday was the gathering and meeting of all Chinese for this celebration and I was actually on webcam with my parents and Evan, so I went down very late (about the ending of the meeting), when I opened the door. Ooppsss……everyone turned over and looked at me, of course I quickly sat down, then he just called out my name and ask whether I have any suggestion to give and certainly I said no. (I have no idea what was going on at that time). Whatever it is, I am thankful for the opportunities and Blessings given I seriously appreciate all these and I am very grateful. These are the 3 main highlights of Ivan’s day today, actually today got another one ( celebration of W.Fung’s Birthday, thanks to my mama we ate nestum prawn).

Announcement: Everyone is vvvvvv jealous of Ivan, hahahaha. Simply because I am the most Blessed Kid on Earth ;)

View of The Year ;)

Today was seriously a good and nice day, after our P.T class and we came out from the sports hall, it was indeed a very beautiful view. Just now it was snowing cats and dogs, the view was indeed very beautiful especially the view of the park with ‘botak’ tress coated with a layer of white snow, I really love it so much. I think today was the best snow view that I have ever seen. I just hope that all of you can come over here and enjoy this view with me, and we may even have a snow ball fight ;)

Basketball in the "winning" team

Yesterday, our group, Ren Geng’s group and 1 more group joined together for physical training, so there where many of us, and we where playing basketball. Although my team lost but I really had a lot of fun (our team is like Hiding Place playing with T.L.B.C), me and Shing Ling playing in different team really led me back to those days where me, Han Chuan and Jin used to play football together, we are like trying to block each other and laughing at each other every time we miss a shot. Sometimes half way through the game, the both of us (me and S.Ling) will just disappear. We ended up at the side of the court whenever he managed to block my ball or laughed at me, I’ll just push him to the side saja mau kenakan him. I really had fun and missed those days (back in M’sia) whenever we use to play football and sometimes ended up pushing, laughing or sometimes even pulling each others pants. I even recalled once where they where all so bad, half way through the game when I was already very tired they all attacked me and took off my pants half way. However, those days where fun and full of wonderful memories, I really hope that when I get back all of us can have fun with each other again. By the way, in that game the score was 26 – 58, and in my team I guess I scored 20 points, so friends out there don’t main-main ah, since I come here my basketball not bad d ah, wait till I get back then we can play football and basketball together ;)

Word of affirmation

Although everyday I am living my life with a joyful spirit and full of passion but there is still one thing that is disturbing me for the pass few days. Sometimes when I try my best to accomplish things and do the best in everything that I can but still I don’t get the encouragement needed. Not because I need encouragement for me to work hard but all I need is just a simple word of encouragement from people that I love, words not to make me happy but words that can make me feel appreciated and giving me their trust and affirmation in all that I do. To all my friends out there please keep Ivan in prayers, that he may have the encouragement, support and love showed by his Beloved. God Bless U all as well ;)

Moscow + Result

I just came back from my Moscow trip and to put it in a nutshell the trips was indeed very fun, enjoyable and full of wonderful incidents such as being left behind by the metro and manage to buy so much things and I guess this trip was one of the trip that I really spent my money. However, at the beginning of the trip I was quite disturbed by the news regarding my result. I only got a 3 which is equal to a ‘C’ in the British system. Seriously, I have no idea at all what happen. I feel that I answered all the questions quite well, or maybe is because that I failed my 2nd concluding test that’s why I only got a 3, but by right our final result should only be based on our final exam result. Well, there is seriously nothing that I can do, so thousand apologies to my parents, I know that I have let them down.

To my siblings and YK, I have got some great stuff for all of U all. To my MU friends, I actually wanted to get the MU Football socks for U all, but sorry lah it’s really too expensive, its 699 rubles which equal to RM 100, so really can’t afford lah. Evan, Mr Aou got something for us. Till now take care and God Bless everyone ;)
