Gastric....

Today was suppose to be a very good day and actually it still is accept for the fact that now I am suffering from gastric. I will be leaving soon for Moscow and preparing to have a great holiday together with my friends. Just now after our exam we went to Grand Pizza and makan then went to Ramstore to get some junk food for us to enjoy in our journey to Moscow, it will be a long 16hrs journey. Well….about my exam, I am actually quite satisfy with the way I answered the question. And my result will be out tomorrow at 12pm, by that time I’ll already be at Moscow and my friends will get my result for me. Please pray for me guys and gals my stomach sakit lah, I wanna have fun in Moscow ;)

Preparation

Well……as U all know my exam is coming soon, so these few days the time-table is quite the same, everyday all we do is just study and rest, and for me the way I rest is by watching Grey’s Anatomy series (I watch everyday while I makan), enjoy a pack of chips with a movie and even play FM. Sometimes, I would even go around and check out the others and have a short break together by chit-chatting for a while. So one thing I feel good about hostel life is that, days are not so boring even to stay back for the whole day but certainly U got to have your personal laptop, if not U will be bored to death. So guys and girls please keep me in prayers as the exam is just around the corner. May God’s name be Glorified ;)

My Head was gonna B.U.R.S.T

The past 2days has really been very stressful for me. Whenever I stop studying or in the bus coming back from class, then I feel so pressure recalling of the amount of things that I need to study for the preparation of exam, it was really stressful and torturing. Taking my SAM exam is even not so stressed compared to my present emotion, I told some of my seniors and asked them to keep me in prayers. Yesterday, I had a talk with Wei Lup as we walked back together, he encouraged me and it really works, especially yesterday after our Prayer Fellowship, I really felt a lot more relax and more encouraged to prepare and face the exam, thanks Wei Lup and others for their prayers.

My final semester exam is very soon, it will be on Wednesday. Right after the exam, then me and some of my friends will be going to Grand Pizza and makan as a celebration, then me and Funng will be going to Ramstore as we buy some junk food stuff to be brought together with us, because later in the evening we will be going to Moscow, I just can’t wait for the trip and pray the God will Bless our fellowship together. Please pray for our accommodation preparation also, thanks ;)

Parcel from friends

Sorry guys, yesterday I attended the 4th B’day party of the month, and had chemistry lesson today so need to study and prepare for the lesson. But yesterday I was seriously very happy and overjoyed. Finally !!!!! I got the parcel from all my beloved bros and sis. I went around the whole hostel showing off all the gifts and everyone was just so jealous of me to have such great friends like YOU all in my life. I recorded the process of me opening the parcel, so do enjoy. All the people in the beginning just saja want to be famous nia, thanks so much to U all but some of the signature I don’t know whose wan leh, so if I didn’t send a appreciation massage to you, please don’t be angry but consider changing your signature or maybe improve your hand writing. C.K you tukar number already is it???? Why always sms can’t go through want????


Love U guys deep…..deep…….Thanks for showing your love and care to me and not forgetting me, no words are able to express my love and appreciation to You all, I Love U all. Many have disappointed and even forget me, but You all never I’m really very thankful.

23-1-07 ======= This is the Day

Now is just 11am sth and I am already back to my hostel. Although today was a short day but much have I gained and experienced. Today, I only have chemistry practical class, and we are all also expecting to get our Chemistry concluding test 2, all we need is a pass to be qualify to take the final semester exam. Well…..so I prayed to God this morning that no matter what my result will be, May Him be glorified (I’m quite confident to get a 4 out of 5). And guess what, I got a 2, the only student who failed in my group (7 of us). I was indeed very surprise(but this lecturer is always famous for her strict marking) but at that time I was indeed very disappointed with myself and the result I got. But she really loves our group very much, she is willing to teach us aren’t like other groups lecturers. So certainly I need to re-sit, but I don’t need to do the whole paper, she only chose a couple of questions for me to do and eventually I found out that I actually got all my concept for hybridization all wrong, no wander I fail. So, although I failed but I’m glad that my lecturer is willing to teach me and to make sure I don’t make the same mistake again in the final semester exam.

Another interesting incident is that there are many wild dogs over here, many times we are able to here people being chanced by dogs. Today, out of no where suddenly around 5 of them ran out and they weren’t barking or chasing after me, but after the old lady behind me. ‘ten-ten-ten-ten’ so here came Ivan the hero, I ran over there and they all backed-up except one of them, so I went nearer lifting up my leg to scare him, and he also ran back. I ended up walking with that old lady for a certain distant away from there.

In My service to God ;)

I really want to thank Kiononia Church and Ps. Frank for all the opportunity and chances given not only to serve the Lord but at the same time to learn many new things. Now, I and Wei Lup (one of the senior which really helped us a lot when we firstly arrived) will be in charge to check our newly started church’s audit, to check where and when all the money came in and go out. Today, at the end of the service the Ps. suddenly called me to do the ending prayer, not because I’m scared or what, is just that I didn’t see it coming, felt quite pressurized when did that prayer (usually he is the one that do the ending prayer). Please keep me in prayers that this little spirit of mine will be humble before God ;)

A Students Dream

Walau…..today was indeed a very good day. Today, we had Math and Physics class, so when we went in, our professor ask us a few question regarding our semester and time-table. After that, he returned me my control test for last week, told me my mistakes then…..

Ivan: Huh ??? (I thought I said something wrong)

This professor always let us go back early, most of the time is around 2 – 2.5 hours early then the expected time, but today I was in the class for less then 5mins then I am free to go back, just feeling so glad and happy. For studies wise, it is fine because we all did our preparatory course back in M’sia so most of the stuff we had actually learned before. For the next semester, we really hope to get him again, hahaha……..

Just finished 3 concluding test so far, now preparing for Anatomy( every week going to class is like having an exam), and the final first semester exam for Chemistry, it’ll be on the 31st of Jan, we will be able to know our result the next day at 12pm. However, around that time I and some of my friends will actually be at Moscow already enjoying our 4days of winter semester break (so short for us). We will actually be leaving for Moscow after our exam at 5pm.

My guess for next week is that we will still be able to go back early again next week, I think he would just sign for us at our ‘za-ch-oot’ book saying we had finished the credit hours and class then let us go back, this signature is important for us to take the final semester exam.

Odd Weather

Although now we are in the midst of winter, but everything just don’t seems like what that have always been expected, the weather is just like in autumn, around 5’C. So ‘sien’ thought can experience those kind of extreme cold over here, these few days, I wear shorts and singlet only. The other day when Shing Ling (my roommate) was sleeping, he woke up then took off his shirt then tidur balik pula.

However, I heard that the weather is expected to drop next week. So never mine lah we shall wait and see. One thing good is that yesterday and today, the sun is shining brightly, one thing that we seldom see over here. Sometimes even the whole week you can’t see the sun.

Long time since I last updated ;)

Well….today was certainly a Happy and Great day. Finally finished the Chemistry and Latin Language concluding test, so now we all get to rest for 2days before we start off our engine again, although was really tired but considering the fact that I can spoilt myself by playing games and watching movie really makes me more energetic,… Oh Yeh!!!!

My days over here are getting better each day, having a closer relationship with the seniors (we all go to the same church together), so maybe I guess that this kind of Joy and Relationship can only be found in the family of God.

Ohya, to my friends. U all tipu me wan, until now I still haven’t get any notice about the parcel yet. Last week, I dreamt that it came already, mana tau when I wake up time tak ada apa pun. Anyway, thanks so much and I’ll wait patiently for the best ;)

A holiday well spend ;)

Well……here goes my short, meaningful, and kind of a not bad holiday. All of us just hope that this holiday had just started. So, today everything went back to normal. Woke up early in the morning and went for classes, but I’m not too sure whereter is it that everyone is so excited, everyone is early today and I was the last to left but was still early 10mins for class.

Basically in the holiday I finished watching the ‘Prison Break’ series, went for a couple of sports competition and won the 3rd placing for table tennis between international students. We had a simple dinner but very joyful dinner on the 31st of December. While on Russians Christmas eve, I actually wanted to make some pancakes and enjoy it while I watch my midnight movie. However, I took some for my Malay friends, after a while they all came up to my floor with their egg and flour. It seems that they where actually hungry and wanted to fry French fries, so since I was making pancakes, so they all came up and joined the fun.

Yesterday (Christmas Day), me and some of our church members went to 4 hostels to sing Christmas carols, although it was tiring but it was fun, it’s actually the first time for many of them to do caroling and certainly the first time in Russia. Over here, the Christmas celebration is not that Heboh, and they don’t do caroling as well.

Thanks to my mum and some of my Malay friends, I actually tried making a lot of new recipes and food during the holiday. I enjoyed the fun and certainly the food. Although this holiday was short but I enjoyed myself a lot and rested well. I think it’s only in this holiday that I get to stay back at the hostel the whole day because usually we have class until Sat and go to church on Sun. To have a day of holiday here is very rare, aren’t like Malaysia where we got all sorts of celebration and Orang Besar’s B’day, so we appreciated this 1 week holiday a lot.

Great Competition

Yesterday was the 2nd futsall game that I have ever played since the day I landed on Volgograd, well our opponents where the same team again, and yet we lose again, but I really enjoyed the game a lot, compared to the 1st game.

Today, we went for basketball and p-pong competition. In the 1st game of basketball, we lost again where that team later on emerged as the champion. However, in p-pong I did not bad. I got the 3rd placing and Ren Geng got the 2nd. The Champion is a Vietnamese, and yes he was indeed a good player, me and R.Geng is really no where close him.

Although, I lost in Futsall and Basketball but I really enjoyed myself a lot, even to picked up some injuries along the line. Ohya, the University’s coach even approached me and R.Geng, asking us to play for the University team (if we go then we will be the 1st Malaysian playing for the University over all the sports), me and R.Geng will actually also be playing in Moscow around April representing Malaysia. I and R.Geng is still not too sure about that yet because we need to see the training time and our time-table also. Tomorrow will be the prize giving day.

So till now, take care my friends and continue to keep in touch. Richard you better work hard and be careful with all those cups, make sure you are able to glorify God’s name over there, and don’t spoilt my reputation over there, if not I’m gonna bet you. God Bless ;)
